PreHacks is designed to give you an introduction to hackathons, coding, and a career in technology.

PreHacks is a free two-day program co-hosted with Boston University and BU Spark! for women and non-binary high schoolers to learn more about career paths in STEM and learn coding fundamentals. The goal of this program is to get you the resources and information you need to thrive at your next hackathon.

No coding experience is required to attend. The point of PreHacks is to teach you the skills you need to build projects for hackathons and learn coding fundamentals.
We ask that you attend as much of the event as possible. However, you are not required to attend the event in full.
